  • We pay you UPFRONT for the ability to rent the points. You don’t pay us anything. Ever. We’ll say it again just because it is hard for some people to believe – you don’t pay us for this service. We pay you.
  • Once you have been paid, we’ll get to work renting out your points. But here’s the thing – on your end, it doesn’t matter if we are successful or not. We have confidence in our system that we’ll be able to rent out the points (that’s how we make money, after all). But the outcome will make no difference to you because you’ve already been paid. The risk is on our end, as it should be.
  • Next year, when you are ready to rent out your unused points, you get back in touch with Timeshare Rental Pros and we do it all over again. Simple.

Basic Qualifications

Earlier, we mentioned that you’ll need to qualify for our service in order to work with us on a point rental offer. Fortunately, the qualifications are pretty simple.

There are two main criteria that you should keep in mind 

  • You need to have a minimum of 300K points available to rent for Wyndham
  • You need to have a minimum of 10k points available to rent for Bluegreen
  • You need to have a minimum of 5k points available to rent for Marriott
