We wanted to share the most commonly asked Questions and Answers that come into our support department and provide you with phone numbers that connect to humans, instead of robots.

How do I know I am confirmed for my reservation?

Within 5 days of your date of check-in, (unless it’s a last-minute reservation), you will receive an email with your reservation check-in details.

Is early check-in available?

Check-in times are as noted on the reservation details, you may show up early and request an early check in but, we have NO WAY of knowing if an early check is possible, as rooms are cleaned and prepared for your arrival by a third party.

Why doesn’t the resort have my name on the reservation in their system when I called the front desk?

The resort database can take days or weeks to update, your check-in details will be emailed to you in PDF format, at least 24 hours before checking in, be sure to view the name on the reservation details. That person will need a Picture ID to check in.

Where do I go to check in?

The address that was listed at the Online Travel Site and is on your reservation PDF details, is the address where you check in.

How late are they open until?

You can check in to your room at any time, most of the resorts have a 24-hour front desk and security personnel.
There are a few exceptions to the rule, so check the description portion of the rental listing, which would specifically notate late check-in details. If you do not see a late check-in details, then check-in can be completed at any time. 24 Hour Service!

How to submit a request for a specific room view or type?

All rooms are assigned upon arrival, you can make a specific request by calling the front desk phone number, but that request is NOT guaranteed. The listing description of our unit will have the phone number to the front desk.

How do I change the name on the reservation?

We will add your name the reservation once we receive that information from you, for certain resorts there is a $99.00 name change fee that we are not able to waive
as the property management company.  We will reach out to you requesting the check-in details.

Be sure of the name that you request to have added to the reservation details.

Can I book an extra day or two in addition to my existing reservation?

Usually not but you can reply to this email with the requested dates that you would like added to the reservation and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Are linens provided?

Yes, linens, spare blankets, and pillows are included. This is a resort!

What supplies does the kitchen have?

If our listing states that there is a full kitchen, then all essential kitchen supplies will be in your unit
and ready for use. If you don’t see something, call the front desk and ask!

What is your cancellation policy?

All cancelation policies are listed on online travel site that you would have booked the property from, we do not have the ability to alter our client’s cancelation policy.
As a third-party resort rental management company, our clients who own the actual unit/rental set the cancellation policy, and we are not able to alter them.
