Can I check in early?

You can try to check in early once you are at the property, but the only guaranteed check in is at 4PM EST. 

Where do I Check in?

The address is listed on the reservation confirmation that was sent to your email address on file with the online travel agency that you booked your reservation through.

I just made a reservation a few hours ago for my husband and me. I found out I cannot get the time off of work so we will not be able to travel at that time, so we need to cancel the reservation.

A1. They are trying to cancel within 48 hours of booking so – “My pleasure to help you, what is the full name that you booked the reservation under?”  I see your information here and I will forward your request to my booking manager, and you will have an update or resolution within 24 hours”.

What is the exact address of the property?

VRBO or Airbnb does not allow us to show you the exact address. 
You can search for The name of the resort, which is “Mountainloft” by Bluegreen or by Wyndham.

How much are the VRBO, HomeAway or Airbnb Service Fees?

How do I know I am confirmed for my reservation?

Within 5 days of your date of check in, (unless it’s a last-minute reservation), you will receive an email with a PDF attachment for you to print out.  The PDF will have all your reservation details, including your name on the reservation.

Why doesn’t the resort have my name on the reservation in their system when I called the front desk? 

The resort database can take days or weeks to update, your check in details will be emailed to you in PDF format, at least 24 hours before checking in, be sure to view the name on the reservation details.  That person will need Picture ID to check in.

Where do I go to check in?

The address that was listed at the Online Travel Site and is on your reservation PDF details, is the address where you check in.

How late are they open until?

You can check in to your room at any time, most of the resorts have a 24-hour front desk and security personnel.  

There are a few exceptions to the rule, so check the description portion of the rental listing, which would specifically notate late check in detail.  If you do not see late check in detail, then check in can be completed at any time. 

How to submit a request for a specific room view or type?

All rooms are assigned upon arrival, you can make a specific request by calling the front desk phone number, but that request is NOT guaranteed.  The listing description of our unit will have the phone number to the front desk.

How do I change the name on the reservation?

Message our traveler support department via the internal messaging system at the online site you booked our unit through, and they will complete the name change. You can also try to contact support at 248-658-3267

Can I book an extra day or two in addition to my existing reservation?

Are linens provided?

Yes, linens, spare blankets and pillows are included and if you need more just call the front desk and request more items.

What supplies does the kitchen have?

If our listing states that there is a full kitchen which includes all essential kitchen supplies will be in your unitand ready for use. If you don’t see something, call the front desk and ask!

What is your cancellation policy?

All cancelation policies are listed on online travel site that you would have booked the property from, we do not have the ability to alter our client’s cancelation policy.
